Cancellation
At Livewell Physiotherapy I endeavour to keep our appointments running on time. When you book an appointment your time is dedicated to your treatment.
Livewell Physiotherapy kindly requests for a 24-hour cancellation notice for all cancellations and changes of appointments. This allows enough time for your appointment to be reallocated to other clients. If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please contact 079-43482344
If you fail to attend a treatment or reschedule or cancel appointments with less than 24 hours' notice you will be obliged to pay for the full cost of the session as well as the scheduled time away from my clinic when it comes to home visits.
Please note that insurance companies will not pay for missed appointments or appointments rescheduled without sufficient notice therefore you will be obliged to pay the full amount for that appointment.
